Our preference is that you contact us first via email, followed up with a phone call (Contact number bottom of page).
We typically answer emails within a few hours so if you do not receive a response please follow up just in case your email was forwarded to our "junk" mailbox in error.
Emails that provide no information other than asking "How much?" will not be answered.

Prior to accepting deposits we like to hear about you as a prospective home and would appreciate if you could answer the questions below in your email.
Have you had a German Shepherd dog previously? If so how long did you have him/her and what happened to them.
Will you plan on attending puppy kindergarten and basic obedience classes?
Where will the puppy sleep (now and as a adult)?
Will you crate train?
Do you have a fenced yard or outside fenced kennel?
Where will the dog spend the majority of his/her time?
Do you own or rent? If you rent can you provide written permission to have a German Shepherd from landlord?
Do you have children? if so what ages.
Do you have other pets?
What are your goals for the puppy? (ie obedience, agility, family companion etc)
Are you open to a long coated puppy?

~ Pick order (for gender desired) is held with a nonrefundable/nontransferrable deposit which is later applied towards the cost of the puppy. Deposits are taken on a first come basis in order to be fair.
~ Picks are made on the day that the puppies leave for their new homes, in order deposits were received, therefore unless specifically noted we cannot speak to the availability of a specific puppy. We have found over the years that this method works best for us, as puppies change so much from week to week during this developmental period.
~ Three weeks prior to the puppies leaving we will send out a "pick up time schedule" email. Each puppy client is assigned a 2 hour period (in order of deposit and gender) on the day they take home their new puppy to "pick" their puppy and complete paperwork, answer questions etc.
~ Additionally, we also send out a "In preparation for bringing puppy home" email four weeks prior to puppies leaving. This email lists items you will want to have on hand prior to bringing puppy home such as crate, toys, food dishes etc. It also lists websites where you can order these items.
~ Once puppies are 6 weeks of age visitation is allowed for those with deposits, visitation is limited to 30 minutes and by appointment.
~ On the day that our puppies leave for their new homes you will receive an informational packet which includes AKC registration paperwork, medical history and vet check, feeding schedule, microchip registration paperwork, photo of your puppies litter, as well as photo's of both parents. Additionally we provide lifetime breeder support/advice.
~ We are happy to provide veterinary references.
